Upper Stomach Cramps
Undigested food in the intestines results in cramping, bloating, constipation and diarrhea. Damaged intestines leak foreign proteins into the blood which stimulate the immune system. This leads to a myriad of immune system imbalances such as allergies, arthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia, and cancer. You can change your health by changing your diet.
It is the most frequently occurring stomach disorder. Around 90 million individuals all over the world suffer with heartburn. As the name suggests, it is the burning sensation in the lower part of heart and upper part of the stomach. Heartburn is caused by stomach acid that washed up into the esophagus. Heartburn sometimes even moves up to the chest, throat, and even up to jaws.
With proper diagnosis, treatment and management, bloating can be minimized if not avoided. The important thing is to have your doctor perform a complete physical exam, medical family history and medical testing in order to confirm the cause of this condition.
The most common viral infection is what the medical profession refers to as Viral URI and we all know as the "common cold." As you know, this involves one or more of the following: nasal congestion, sore throat, hoarseness, fever, swollen glands, cough, aching muscles, and congested ears. Colds usually begin with just one symptom and the others quickly follow. And one of the symptoms, usually the cough, remains for a short time after the others leave.
Feverfew relaxes and soothes muscle cramps and spasms. It is proven to be of great benefits to the muscles of the upper back. This herb alleviates pains associated with premenstrual headaches, arthritis, headache, menstrual cramping and rheumatism.
An overgrowth of the fungus candida albicans (a type of yeast, which is fed by sugar) will cause bloating, gas, abdominal cramps and lethargy an hour after eating gluten-containing foods (ie, pasta or piz'a), and fungal infections, such as athlete's foot or mouth ulcers. The signs to look for on the tongue are a heavy, white, furry coating and deep cracks.
Treating of reflux pain is most commonly done with antacids and acid blockers. Antacids work to neutralize the stomach acid and reduce the associated pain. H2 blockers work on the source of the acid to reduce its secretion and therefore take more time to be effective for reduction of acid reflux pain compared to antacids. Often these two different medications are combined for treating the pain to bring about more effective relief.
It hurts like hell. For hours on end. Ruins your day. It happened to me especially bad early one morning, about 6 am. It felt like someone had a pair of vise grips and was trying to rip out my calf muscle. I screamed in pain and scared the hell out of Karen. Woke her up for sure. What's the matter? she asked through bleary eyes. Charlie horse I screamed! Or was it cursed? Don't touch me.

QUESTION:
Is lower back pain a symptom of early pregnancy?
The first day of my last period was Oct. 19th. I ovulated somewhere between the 2nd and 6th. I am still confused on which day I exactly ovulated. I had increased CM the 2nd-5th and had "o" pains on my right side on the 6th. I had intercourse throughout this time and on the 30th and 1st as well. My period ranges anywhere from a 28-30 day cyle. I expect it sometime within the next 4 days. On Monday the 12th, I had a little bit of abdominal cramping and I thought for sure AF would show up the next day. But no period. The cramping only lasted a few hours. Today I have been experiencing lower back pain. It is like a lower back crampy feeling. I also have had 3 headaches in the last 2 days and never get headaches. I can't really tell if my urination has increased because I have recently increased my water intake. Alot of info, I know. Any thoughts? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.-
ANSWER:
Those are definitely strong signs of early pregnancy! I say wait until the day you are supposed to start and take a test. Also, feel gently right above your pelvic region, if it feels hard or you feel a hard bump, right in the middle, you're pregnant!
Good luck!
Baby dust to you and me!

QUESTION:
Abdominal cramping and lower back pain.. Pregnant or Period?
My partner and I have been trying to concieve during the last month, (Jan 08) and my period was due last week.We decided to purchase a pregnancy test that picks up very small amounts of HCG, and could be taken as early as 5 days before your missed period.
It came up with a dark pink line straight away, as clear as day next to the lighter non pregnant line. We thought it might be a misread so we waited the full 3 mins before looking again but it was still there as clear as day, 2 pretty pink lines.
I'm scared though, even though we plan to take another test in a week or so just to be sure, I've been having really weird abdominal cramps sort of twisting when i move in bed and such, and my lower back is quite painful. I've also been feeling hot and slighty dizzy but don't want to get worked up if its nothing. Its so confusing how early preg symptoms are so alike to period ones.
Any ideas on the cramps? Im scared if I am that my body may be rejecting it. Im a such worrier.
My breasts have also been quite tender and grown quite a bit! The areola/nipples are larger and darker also...
I also took a test last night and this morning.. both came out positive. So yeah, I think I might be pregnant! Yay!Thanks to all who helped answer my question. =)

ANSWER:
That is usually the baby nestling in ... digging deep if you will. I know that this is not the best thing, but also, if you were to lose it there is nothing they can do at this point. Cramps are okay. Spotting is usually okay. But cramps and spotting is bad news - Good luck!

QUESTION:
question about bad lower back pain and abdominal cramping at 10 dpo?
OK, just wondering if any of you ladies out there had really bad lower back pain that radiated into your thighs along with persistent dull abdominal aches before you found you were pregnant? I pretty sure I'm 10 dpo and this back pain is killer! Heat and tylenol aren't helping at all and AF (if she's coming) is due in about 4 days. I know I could take an early test, but after 3 pregnancies, the last that ended in MC, I've never experienced pain/symptoms like this and I thought maybe someone has and could let me know? Also, my others didn't show up on hpt's until after I missed AF for a couple of days, so I'll wait to test. Thanks in advance for your answers!
